Can I cancel anytime?
Memberships require a minimum of two months before cancellation. After that, you’re free to cancel at any time — no hidden fees. Cancellations can be completed easily online through your account.
What happens if I miss a month?
No problem! Your unused session will roll over to the next month — so you’ll never lose a massage you’ve already paid for.
Do sessions expire?
Rollover sessions remain active as long as your membership is active. Once you cancel, any unused sessions must be used within 30 days.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are designed for individual use and cannot be shared or transferred.
How do I book my monthly session?
When scheduling your appointment, simply select “B&B Club” at checkout to apply your monthly member credit and receive your special rate.
