Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy At Bells & Balance Massage, your time and comfort are important to us. To help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for every client, please review our booking policy below: Scheduling All appointments are by reservation only. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment, but it will not be charged until after your session unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies. Cancellations & No-Shows We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time will result in a $30 service charge. No-shows will also be charged a $30 fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show, your appointment will be canceled, and the $30 fee will apply. These policies help us respect everyone’s time and ensure we can serve as many clients as possible. Late Arrivals If you’re running late but within the 15-minute grace period, please call or text to let us know. Your session may be shortened to end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will still apply. New Clients New clients must complete an intake form before their first session to ensure your treatment is safe, effective, and personalized to your needs. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and select digital payments. Professional Boundaries All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment due.
